Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping and box to ensure it remains free from damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, our specialized logistics team will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
